Michael is our chartered lead engineer with more than 15 years of valuable experiences in mining and power generation. Primarily focusing on engineering design, operation optimisation, maintenance reliability, and technology adaptation.

His past experiences consist of leading engineering team in industrial automation, control systems, and communication network design.

With all rounding experiences and certification in functional safety and industrial cybersecurity within detail design, implementation, commissioning, and operation, Michael has been a valuable leader within the industry.

Vic Chin, System Solutions Manager

Vic Chin is an accomplished Electrical and Control System Engineer with extensive experience in the

mining and power industries. Holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Vic has a proven track record in analysis, debottlenecking, electrical maintenance strategy, and equipment reliability.

He has successfully embedded Lean methodologies and led high-performance teams, achieving significant improvements in system reliability and operational efficiency through the application of Six Sigma principles.

In the last 20 years, Vic has led numerous engineers at organisations such as Fortescue, BHP and Rio Tinto.
