With a well-rounded background gained through key roles at Sedgman, Rio Tinto, and Calibre, and certifications in Functional Safety and Industrial Cybersecurity, Michael brings a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle—from detailed design and implementation to commissioning and ongoing operations—making him a trusted leader and technical authority within the industry.

Vic Chin is a highly accomplished Electrical and Control Systems Engineer with over 20 years of experience across the mining and power industries. Holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Vic has built a strong reputation for delivering measurable improvements in system performance through data-driven analysis, debottlenecking, electrical maintenance strategy, and equipment reliability.
A proven leader, Vic has successfully embedded Lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles to drive continuous improvement, enhance asset reliability, and optimise operational efficiency.
Throughout his career, he has led and mentored engineering teams within major organisations including Fortescue, BHP, and Rio Tinto, earning recognition for his technical excellence, leadership, and commitment to achieving sustainable results.
Gennady Bolotov, Lead Engineer
Gennady is our Lead Engineer with over 12 years of experience delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the resources, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Since 2014, he has contributed to a wide range of sustainable design and automation projects for leading organisations including Rio Tinto, BHP, Water Corporation, Cristal Pigments Australia, the Australian Defence Force, Chevron, and Main Roads WA.
Renowned for his commitment to technical excellence and timely delivery, Gennady consistently sets the benchmark for engineering quality and project execution within his teams.
With a strong background in industrial automation and control systems spanning multiple vendor platforms, Gennady has also played a key role in mentoring engineers and developing capabilities across both fixed plant and mobile equipment environments.
David Baricevic, Commissioning Manager
David is a seasoned Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation Commissioning Manager with an exceptional track record in delivering complex automation and control systems across the mining and oil & gas industries. His expertise spans the full asset lifecycle—from capital project execution and commissioning to long-term system optimisation and technical support.
Recognised for his deep proficiency in VSDs, instrumentation, and industrial network commissioning, David is known for driving tangible improvements in safety, reliability, and operational performance.
In recent years, he has led the design, implementation, and governance of integrated OT infrastructure for fixed plant operations, providing end-to-end leadership that ensures systems are secure, scalable, and future-ready—aligning engineering excellence with business performance objectives.
