Gennady is our Lead Engineer with over 12 years of experience delivering high-quality engineering solutions across the resources, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Since 2014, he has contributed to a wide range of sustainable design and automation projects for leading organisations including Rio Tinto, BHP, Water Corporation, Cristal Pigments Australia, the Australian Defence Force, Chevron, and Main Roads WA.

With a strong background in industrial automation and control systems spanning multiple vendor platforms, Gennady has also played a key role in mentoring engineers and developing capabilities across both fixed plant and mobile equipment environments.
David is a seasoned Electrical, Controls, and Instrumentation Commissioning Manager with an exceptional track record in delivering complex automation and control systems across the mining and oil & gas industries. I have engaged E&C Engineering to perform control systems engineering work for my company as we were required to solve some complex PLC coding related issues on site.

I wish to congratulate E&C Engineering on the successful design, supply and implementation of the Hope Downs 1 PLC upgrade project in 2024.
Special mention is the knowledge shown during the FAT testing and commissioning stages, including after start-up support. Moreover, the implementation was executed within a tight shutdown window, with zero overrun; thanks to E&C’s management.
