Michael Wisesa CPEng RPEQ, Lead Engineer

Michael is our chartered engineer with more than 15 years of valuable experiences in mining and power generation. Primarily focusing on engineering design, operation optimisation, maintenance reliability, and technology adaptation.

His past experiences consist of leading engineering team in providing instrumentation engineering, electrical engineering, and control systems engineering.

With all rounding experiences and certification in functional safety and industrial cybersecurity within detail design, implementation, commissioning, and operation, Michael has been a valuable leader within the industry.

Vic Chin, System Solutions Manager

Vic Chin is an accomplished Electrical and Control System Engineer with extensive experience in the

mining and power industries. Holding a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Vic has a proven track record in analysis, debottlenecking, electrical maintenance strategy, and equipment reliability.

He has successfully embedded Lean methodologies and led high-performance teams, achieving significant improvements in system reliability and operational efficiency through the application of Six Sigma principles.

In the last 20 years, Vic has led numerous engineers at organisations such as Fortescue, BHP and Rio Tinto.

Gennady Bolotov, Lead Engineer

Gennady is our lead engineer with 12 years of valuable experience. Since 2014 he has worked on numerous sustainable design projects for Rio Tinto, BHP Billiton, Water Corporation, Cristal Pigments Australia, Australian Defence Force, Chevron, and Main Roads WA.

Excels at producing project deliverables on time and up to standards, Gena has been setting up remarkable engineering delivery standard in the workplace.

His past experiences consist of mentoring engineers in industrial automation and control systems with multiple vendor systems, associated with both fixed plant and mobile machines.
